It is taking ACTION to restore a broken situation. It is more than a state of inner peace and tranquility; it's a state of wholeness and completeness. (Nothing missing, nothing broken). Think of the High Priestly Prayer. "Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying, 'This is the way you shall bless the children of Israel.
