Changing Times Part 3

Dear Partners, Family and Friends, "And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come" -  Matthew 24:14. As you can see, Jesus said, "this Gospel of the Kingdom would be preached in the whole earth, and then the end would come." I believe we are living in the time of the end. The word 'end' here has an interesting meaning. In the Greek, it is the word 'telos' and it means 'an end or event or issue',  such as 'closure with all its results' .  So we are basically in the time of reaching the end of the Church Age, when the Gospel is preached into all the world. This word 'world' means 'the inhabited world' or 'the inhabited earth' .  The nations means ' all of the Gentile world; a race of people or nation; people of similar customs'. Dear Partners, Friends and Family, "A faithful man shall abound with blessings." -  Proverbs 28:20 KJV This week Kerrie and I have been watching the funeral proceedings for Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II. During the course of the week, many people have been interviewed in the crowds that are gathering for the funeral of this great lady. When asked, "Why are you here?" the common answer has been, "To pay respect to Her Majesty for her years of faithful and unwavering duty to her people, the Commonwealth and her vow she made before God. She was a world leader of outstanding values, consistency, strength and faithfulness through seventy years of rapidly changing times. As I have listened to the commentary from people who knew her closely, worked with her and observed her, they said, "She had a great faith in God and very strong religious belief and conviction for Christian values." One of her close confidants even said, "She had no fear of death.

Dear  Partners, Family and Friends, As I am sure you are all aware by now, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has passed on.  She was an amazing Monarch that reigned for 70 years, 7 months and 2 days and is in fact the longest-serving British Monarch in all of history.  I am sure she is now dancing on the streets of glory with King Jesus, whom she often spoke of as the Lord and Saviour of all mankind.  I remember and loved her speeches that she gave at Christmas each year, where she would often speak of Jesus.   Let’s all hold up the entire Royal Family as they mourn the loss of this great, outstanding and faithful woman.  Let us pray for all those that knew her well in her service, the British people and the entire Commonwealth.  We will miss her reassuring and comforting words.  Queen Elizabeth was such a voice of stability in these uncertain times.   Let’s pray for Prince Charles, who now is His Royal Highness, King Charles III.  For a great weight of responsibility falls upon his shou
