It is finished!

"It is finished!” - John 19:30 (NKJV)

Hi Partners, Family and Friends,

Tomorrow is Good Friday and on Sunday the world celebrates the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.  It is Resurrection Sunday.

"It is finished!" (John 19:30).  What a profound statement, I could share much on this statement.

Jesus accomplished so much for us on the Cross of Calvary.  There is so many different things that we can bring out, but space doesn't allow it in this blog.  I would like to say, that one thing Jesus did on the Cross for us, was that He destroyed the works of the evil one.  He finished Satan's dominance of mankind.  Remember that scripture that declares, "For this reason was the Son of God manifest to destroy the works of the evil one". (1 John 3:8)

Jesus completely finished Satan's evil works for us on the Cross of Calvary, by dying in our place, He paid the full price, took the full punishment in order to set us free and give us complete and utter Victory!

Through Jesus Christ we have, you have, complete Victory over all of the works of Satan.  According to the bible in Mark 16:17, we can cast out the devil in the mighty name of Jesus!

I encourage you to rise up in the Name of Jesus and take authority over the works of Satan, that He has been bringing against your life.

I dare you to believe, that Jesus finished Satan for you.  He finished his power and authority against you.  I dare you to believe that through Jesus Christ, you can bind the works of the evil one.  I dare you to believe that because of Jesus' work on the Cross of Calvary, you can enter into the rest of God, knowing that God cares for you, that He loves you and you are more than a conqueror through Him.  Remember, "whom the Son sets free, is free indeed!" (John 6:36).  I dare you to confess, by making faith declarations, that in the name of Jesus you have authority over all Satan's power and in the name of Jesus, command Satan to leave and take the curse of the law with him.

In the name of Jesus you have been set free from the curse of the law and according to the word, "Whom the Son sets free, is free indeed!" (John 6:36).

2 Corinthians 8:9, "For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich."

When Jesus said, "It is finished", He was saying that everything needed to be accomplished for you to walk in "The Blessing of Abraham", was now accomplished.  He did it all for you!  When Jesus went to the Cross, you were on His mind.  It was the greatest act of love, ultimate love.  God's love in action for us.  This love was completely demonstrated through the life of our Lord Jesus Christ.  God proved, demonstrated, showed and declared that He absolutely loved us.

John 3:16, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."

And that is what this Easter weekend is all about, through what Jesus Christ did, you can now receive the fullness of Abraham's blessing.

It is our prayer that you have a wonderful Easter long weekend.  Remember, we are having a Good Friday service from 9:30am - 10:30 and a Easter Sunday service at 9:30am - 11am.  We will take communion together in these services, as we honour, worship and celebrate the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.

We thank you for your love, support, prayers and partnership.  We are excited about these times we are living in and believing for manifestations of the goodness, the presence and the power of our Lord.  May His presence rest upon you and your family over this long weekend.  Have a safe, prosperous and happy Passover weekend.  The rest of our lives will be the best of our lives, because your best, our best, is still to come.

God bless you,
