Rapture Watch

For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. - 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17

Hi Partners, Family and Friends,

No one knows the day nor the hour of the Lord's return, but we can certainly see from the things that are happening in our world, that it is getting closer.  In the above verse we see what is commonly referred to as 'The Rapture of the Church'.  There are two events that the bible speaks of, concerning the return of Jesus Christ.  One is 'The Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ', which affects the entire world.  Jesus Christ comes back to usher in His millennial reign and setup His Kingdom, which lasts for 1000 years.  This is 'The Day of Christ'.  The Word of God tells us, that one day is as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day.  

The other one is when Jesus returns in the clouds of the air to catch us up or rapture His church to glory, to be with Him.  This catching up, is referred to in the New Testament, in verses like the one above. 

I am sure you have read the reference found in Matthew's gospel concerning the ten virgins.  Here you see that five have oil in their lamps and their lamps are burning and five have allowed their lamps to go out.  When the Bridegroom comes at midnight, the five that have oil in their lamps and their lamps are alight, go in to be with Jesus in the secret place.  The others get left behind. 

This is an allegory or parable, which is revealing the catching up or rapture of the church.  The word 'rapture' does not appear in the Bible but rapture means, "to get caught up in great joy."  In the presence of the Lord there is the fullness of joy (Psalm 16:11).  So on the day, described in the verse above, the Christian graves are opened and we which are alive on the planet at the time, are caught up in clouds to meet Jesus.  This I am sure we will all be in great rapture with expressions of ecstasy, amazement, love and joy.   We not only get to see Jesus, but we all get to be with our loved ones again, who have already passed on to be with the Lord.  The Bible explains, the rest of the dead will not live until after the 1000 years, 'Day of Christ' has come to an end. 

As the Second Epistle of Peter explains, so many people live in ignorance thinking that things will always continue as they are.  Where in actual fact, there have been many changes and dispensations since the time of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.  The world has gone through major upheavals, geographical changes, political changes, environmental changes, Kingdom changes and covenant changes etc., since time began for mankind in the garden.  In fact, time began before the Garden of Eden in what is referred to as 'times passed' or the 'beginning of time' and it will continue even after our God has created a new heaven and a new earth, in the eternal Kingdom to come. 

Remember our God is the eternal God, who has always been and always will be.  He lives in Eternity and created all things.  All things were created by Him and for Him and without Him there is nothing created or in existence, that was not created by Him and in Him all things have their consistency or are held together.   Therefore in Him, that is in and through The Name of Jesus, we have authority over the Coronavirus, for it is a created thing. 

Our God, The Creator of all things has given us the authority even over this virus!  We have the power in The Name of Jesus to bind it and stop it in its tracks from dictating, controlling mankind or the future of the Nations any further.  God expects us, His Church, to use the authority He has given to us to bind the forces of darkness and the plans of the Enemy.  The whole of creation is waiting for a manifestation of the sons and daughters of God.  

We are called to reign and rule in life through Jesus Christ, exercising authority over this planet and commanding the storms and commotions of darkness to bow their knees and come under the supremacy of The Name of Jesus.  Paul instructed us that we as the church are to restrain the powers of darkness and the power of the antichrist until we be taken out of the way.  This will happen at the rapture when God catches us up to His throne by faith in Jesus Christ.  The great judgement of the Lord will then begin and God's wrath will be poured out on planet earth during the tribulation. 

We will then return with Jesus, for the Lord is coming with ten thousands of His Saints, to reign and rule on this planet under Jesus's authority and Lordship for 1000 years.  Until then we must, as God's people, spread His Kingdom through the entire earth into all Nations, places and people for a witness and then the end will come. 

We are currently in the time called the 'beginning of sorrows' and this is a time of midnight and the cries are going forth, 'Behold the Bridegroom comes.'  It is also a time for a manifestation of the sons and the daughters of God that have their lamps burning bright like five wise virgins, pointing the way to Christ. 

I dare you to join with me in declaring that this Covid-19 virus is completely dismantled and undone in Jesus mighty Name. 

I dare you to join with me in prayer, fasting and repentance, to see an end to the spread of this virus by Easter or Passover.

2 Chronicles 7:14 says, "If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land."  (We can humble ourselves through fasting, submitting ourselves afresh to the Lordship of Jesus, subduing the flesh.)

Let's fast and pray from sun up to sun down on Tuesday 31st March and the 7th of April, declaring Corona is defeated, stops spreading and is destroyed in Jesus mighty name.

I dare you to believe we have the victory and authority over this thing and its destructive power comes to an end.

Encourage all your friends, family, pastors and leaders you know, to join in prayer & fasting this day, for complete victory, so the Church and World can get back to business.

I am excited, family, for we are living in the last days of the great out-pouring of the Holy Spirit, when the glory of the latter house is going to be greater than the former.  God's men and women will carry the good news of the gospel to the nations, tribes, families and people.  In Abraham shall all of the families of the earth be blessed.  It is time for you, family, to repent and turn back to your first love, refill your lamp with oil by meditating the Word, praising, worship and fellowship with God, so that you can be ready to be used of God in this hour, watching (Rapture Ready) for the return of Christ.
