In the King James Version, it brings out the word 'revive'. This is the Hebrew word 'Chayah' which means, 'to live, to continue in life, to have life again'. It means to be quickened from sickness, from discouragement of heart, from faintness or from wanting to quit, also from death. It means to let live, persevere alive, to give life, to revive, to restore to life, to refresh.
